My grannie told a story about a chance meeting she had
as a schoolgirl. She was Jewish, don't you know. Some
horrid WASP child, upon meeting Grannie for the first time
and learning of her heritage, demanded to know where
were her "horns". Hard to believe, right? Bear in mind that
happened many decades ago.
The lesson to be learned is elementary. Remember when
