    From TheForce.net ...

The Next Three Star Wars Films Get Release Dates
    ------------------------------------------------
With the release of The Rise Of Skywalker coming this December,
many Star Wars fans have been speculating on what the future of
Star Wars will be on the big screen. We know The Mandalorian is
coming this November, and Clone Wars Season 7, a Cassian Andor
series, and Resistance Season 2 are all slated to air in the
    next year or two.

Kathleen Kennedy has stated the films will be going on a
hiatus, and now we know just how long that hiatus will be.

Disney announced their slate for the next 7 years, and that
includes 3 Star Wars films, starting in 2022:

    12/16/22 UNTITLED STAR WARS
    12/20/24 UNTITLED STAR WARS
    12/18/26 UNTITLED STAR WARS

Those were the only Star Wars projects listed on the slate, and
there is no word on whether they will be from Rian Johnson, or
Dan and Dave from Game of Thrones.

For the first time since the movies returned in 2015, there
will be a three year gap between Star Wars films. More on this
    as details emerge.

Here's a tweet from Lucasfilm Publicist Chris A. confirming the
    great news!

    Chris Argyropoulos, @ThatChrisA

12/20/19 STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER
    7/9/21 UNTITLED INDIANA JONES
    12/16/22 UNTITLED STAR WARS
    12/20/24 UNTITLED STAR WARS
    12/18/26 UNTITLED STAR WARS

There are three Game of Thrones spin-off TV shows in development
(another one was recently been cancelled), but they may not all make it
    to the screen.

There is a Lord of the Rings TV series coming to Amazon Prime. It's set thousands of years before The Hobbit so has none of the original
    characters.

There is at least one more of the "Fantastic Beasts" Harry Potter
spin-off movies to come. I wouldn't be surprised if a Harry Potter and
the Cursed Child is eventually released as a movie (but only worth
doing if they use the original actors again! None of the idiotic
Hermione is suddnely black crap). JK Rowling keeps saying there won't
be any more, then changes her mind ... just like a certain ex-Star Wars
    creator did.

Save the time and resources, tell those new-born to watch old shows!

All these new spin-offs are just re-inventing the wheels! :)

Spin-offs can be fine, if done properly.

It's the moronically silly, lazy-ass "reboots" that are the problem
(including Jar Jar Abrams' idiotic copy-cat Star Wars "Sequel
    Trilogy"). :-(
