• The XMen movies

I have been buying up way too many movies, but I was most impressed by the
XMen ones. There was a series of stories which fitted in together, then
there were a number of tragedies, then Wolverine had to go back to stop
the sentinels. Then all the stories were solved together!

I enjoyed the Avengers movies, but they were nonsense. A group of six
people stand in a circle to stop an alien invasion. One fires arrows, one
fires a pistol. One throws a shield. The next one is even more
    nonsensical. But fun.

Overall, the makers of the films are overusing technology. Every time they
come up with an idea it involves astonishing destruction. (I noticed there
have been a few people who enjoyed (the original) Superman III, which used Superman in a "normal" adventure.) Just because you can destroy large
parts of the world on your computer, you don't have to! In San Andreas obviously the actors didn't see the film before acting. The head honcho
was congratulated for his way of preventing destruction. About ten million people seemed to have been wiped out!

What about a film where the heroes prevent a little bit of destruction!
The Fantastic Four didn't have to go to another dimension straight away!
