• Are there any characters like this

    There are some out-of-body characters, like Negative Man, but there's no sleeping, just that the body goes off when he leaves it. There was a TV
    show a while ago where a woman had to go to sleep to have psychic visions.

    New universe NightMask sounds pretty close, but he only could affect peoples dreams.
