Mainland marath'damane, sure, they'll let them go if they ask to be
freed. That was a nasty proviso, though, because more than a couple of >> >> weeks in the collar and most of them wouldn't *ask* anymore.

Are the Seanchan allowed to collar on the portion of the mainland they
control new female channelers who manifest?

I think that was implied, although the "any who want to be freed" rule
would still apply. Remember, they made an agreement that Aes Sedai
would be allowed to talk to marath'damane in Seanchan lands and try to
talk them out of wanting to be damane, and Seanchan would be allowed
to talk to marath'damane in non-Seanchan lands and try to talk them
    *into* wanting to be damane.

That would be an interesting day. Actually reads like a rather
heavy-handed allegory for something, if you know what I mean.

    Allegory for military recruiters?
Military recruitment, homosexuality, slavery, you name it.

A collar that turns people gay?

How did Rand enter Moridin's body?

How did he light his pipe at the end?

What policies will the new Amyrlin Cadsuane adopt? Will she continue Egwene's policy of signing up any female channeler regardless of age?

I'm imagining they either died like a set of linked Trollocs, or fell
apart in shambles and were exterminated.

Mainland marath'damane, sure, they'll let them go if they ask to be
freed. That was a nasty proviso, though, because more than a couple of
weeks in the collar and most of them wouldn't *ask* anymore.

The Aiel will fight the shit out of any Seanchan who tries to collar
them, and under the new rules they won't be allowed to collar them
anyway. Not sure how many were already collared: not many, I think.
What did Artur Hawkwing say to Fortouna?
    Hee, I can only imagine.

She probably decided he was a fake.
What were the full demands of Moiraine and Lanfear during their stay
    in the Rhuidean doorway?
    Huh?

What did they ask the Aelfinn and Eelfinn to give them?

Not enough of a hero, or not fully worked in as a member at the moment
of blowing (Birgitte popped straight back as a result of her
exceptional circumstances, she was never exactly a normal person
reborn in the normal way). I would think he would need some time to

a hero. He wasn't a clear re-imagining of some bygone Hero like Rogosh

What about other Rand allies who died in battle? Davram Bashere, Gareth
    Bryne....
Bryne and Siuan were poignant. Bashere and his wife were
    disappointingly off-screen.

But why didn't they appear when the Horn of Valere was blown?

Lots of Tinkers settled in Seanchan controlled lands late in the series, because the Seanchan were the first rulers in over 3,000 years to not persecute them. However, if a Tinker girl starts to channel, how will the Tinkers get her out of Seanchan
territory and to the White Tower?
