I invented a new metadata format called rdf-intfic metadata format.

One intention of this is to allow that you can upload to a database without
the requirement of a web browser; you can just use curl, and it can auto
fill in by the metadata. Another intention is that sometimes you can use
the provided capability data to determine compatibility.
You can please to write whatever comment you want, but some specific
comments that I would be asking for may include:
* Ideas about properties specific for HTML-based games (and perhaps also
for TADS 2 and 3, and other VMs if you know about it). Certainly there are
some kind of capabilities to mention for this, but I am not sure what. (One idea is CSS media queries, but that is clearly insufficient by itself.)
* If anything seem to be missing or unclear.
* Conversions to/from other metadata formats.
* Whatever other comment you might want to write.
