This is the list of my ratings to new shows based on every
first episode. Most of proper nouns in this list are my
guess instead of official ones.

Ratings may vary episode by episode.
The number isn't the rank but only a sequence for
convenience. Sorted by stars.

1) SAKUGAN (Satelight): ***, a+dh
People live in colonies that are surrounded by thick layer of rock.
Between
colonies is dangerous Labyrinth where noboby lives. A colony has a city
built in underground. Gagamber is a mine worker. His daughter
Memempoo, age
nine, gradeated from college and made an accurate sensor by which
Gagamber
can find rich vein of mineral. She wants to go to Labyrinth and
search a tower
stood in grassland that she saw in her dreams. Suddenly big monsters
break the
canopy, come down and destroy the city. Gagamber uncovers a bigmecha
Markpot
and tells his daughter to go to Labyrinth together.
2) Taisho Otome Otogibanashi (Synergy SP): ***, dhw
By a car accident, Tamahiko lost his mother and right arm's ability. His
father also lost hope for his future, keeps him in a distant house and
arranges a bride Yuzuki to help him. In a snowy night, Yuzuki hums a tune
and walks down to Tamahiko's house. She is nervous to see him first time.
He lets her come in, put his jacket on her shoulders and tells her
"do not
catch a cold". Yuzuki feels relieved. Yuzuki is a sweet and cheerful
lady.
She takes care of him very well. She reminds him of his mother that gradually
melts his pessimism.

3) Senpai ga uzai Kouhai no Hanashi (Doga Kobo): **, adh
Igarashi has been working for the sales division of a company for two
years.
Since she is short and thin, her senpai Takeda treats her as a kid.
That's
always irritating her. On the job, however, he gives her very good
advice and
support. One day after work, they take some food and sake in an
izakaya. She
gets drunk and complains him about how he treats her. She murmurs
something
like "don't you imagine me as your wife instead of kid?" And the
words put
herself into a panic.
4) Tesla Note (Gambit): **, adh
A high school girl Botan becomes an agent of Japan New Security Service
and goes to Sweden to investigate a train accident. She is ninja. Her
grandpa is her master and the head of Negoro ninja clan. More than 40
years
ago Nicolas Tesla scattered crystal pieces around the world and asked
him to collect all the pieces if they unleash the power. Botan checks the
train's unnatural situation and is convinced of the crystal's effect.
Who and why did the crystal power unleash?
5) takt op. Destiny (MAPPA+MAD House): **, ahm
A lot of good meteorits and bad ones fell to the earth. While bad ones
spawn monsters, good ones spwan Musikerts that purify the bad. When
Takt,
a Conductor, plays piano, a monster attacks the town. Takt calls Cozet,
a swordwoman in red, to ward it off. She's a Musikert. On the way to New
York, Cozet tries to destroy a lot of monsters. A big one attacks her
from underground but Takt sends her power and she destroys the monster.
6) Tsuki to Leica to Kyuuketsuki (Albo Animation): **, ad
Zirnitra republic launches the world first satellite. It carries a dog
Marluy and turns around the planet for one week. Then the republic
plans a
live broadcasting of cockpit and they choose Lev as the crew. As they concern
any accident, a vampire Yrina takes a survival test prior to the
mission.
Vampire is thought to be just an experimantal animal. Lev and Yrina take
trainning at a facility in the pole. They find Marluy's epitaph in the
garden of the facility and come to know he died in the midst of the
first
mission.

7) Sekai saikou no Ansatsu-sha... (Silver Link.+Studio Pallet): *, ad
In the world of sword and magic, assain Dia and Tart disguise as item
and
maid for human auction. They kill all the buyers in the hall. In the
real
world, a veteran assasin finishes his duty. During the flight to
Japan for
his next carrier, the passenger plane is shot down by an F-16. A goddess
takes his soul and let him choose one of two options. He picks another
assasin life in the world of sword and magic.
8) Mieruko-chan (Pssione): *, ad
Miko, a high school girl, can see scary ghosts while her friend Hana
can't.
When ghosts get close to Miko, she tries to pretend not to see them and
let them loose interest for her. Hana tells Miko that her room lights
don't work well these days. Miko worries about her because lamp's
malfunction is typical condition when a ghost appears. Miko sets a bowl
of salt in the bedroom to shut them out. But the charm doesn't work.
9) Sankaku-mado no Sotogawa wa Yoru (Zero G): *, dh
Mikado can see ghost that really scares him. Exorcist Hiyakawa asks him
to help his job. First, they drive out a woman ghost possessed in an
apartment. Second, they help police to investigate an abandoned building
to find victim's body of a mutilation murder. It frightens Mikado to
death, but Hiyakawa stays calm and swallows the vestiges of the ghost.
10) Deep Insanity (Silver Link.): *, ad
Asylum, huge undergroud world, suddenly appeares in Antarctica. Pandemic
of Randolph Syndrome follows that causes insanity and permanent memory
disorder. The relation of two events is highly suspected. Antarctica
Front
research unit goes down to deep hole of Asylum. Kai, a rookie, is
included.
A monster knocks out two members, but Kai helps subcaptain Leslie to kill
the monster.
11) Komi-san wa Comu-shou desu (OLM): *, h
Tadano enters a high school that has a lot of students of originality.
The first day at shoe rack, he says hello to a beautiful girl Komi, but
she runs away without a word. Later in the class, he finds her sit by
his
side. Tadano tries to talk to her some times, and gets to know that she
feels too much stress to talk. They use chalks and blackboard instead of
talking and he bocomes her first friend in the school.
12) Kyoukai Senki (Sunrise Beyond): *, a
In the mid 21st century, Japan's economy collapsed. Japan is occupied by
foreign countries. They divide and rule Japan, and begin to fight each
others to get the best part of Japan. They employ AI integrated big
mecha
Amain for the war. While MP is busy to suppress Japan's rebellion, a
Japanese boy Shiiba collects parts of Amain and restores one named Kenbu
in an abandoned factory. When MP attacks the factory, Shiiba and Kenbu
fight back and destroy their military robots.
13) Shin no Nakama janai to... (Wolf's Vein+Studio Flood): *, d
Three years after Saturn's troops invaded and occupied half of Abalon
continent, Luty's team begins to fight back the troops. Luty has hero's
providence but her brother Led has merely common providence and can't
fight very well. Led leaves the team, goes to a rural town Zoltan and
prepares to open a pharmacy because he can make medicine from herbs.
Four months later in the town's guild, a woman adventurer Lit hears good
things about him while Led opens his newly built shop.
14) Blue Period (Seven Arcs): *, d
Yaguchi studies hard to enter a famouse public university. But he doesn't
want to study general subjects. In the atellier of the high school, he
is impressed by a large paint Yuka is working. By a suggestion of Yuka,
Yaguchi paints a morning view of Shibuya for an art lesson. The teacher
praised his work. And he decides to change his target to art school.
15) Pride of Orange [s](C2C): *, d
Manaka is a head of embroidery club of Kinugawa junior high school. One
day, she shows members a flyer of ice hockey trial Dream Monkeys pro team
offers for free. They enjoy the trial and decide to continue the lesson.
16) MUV-LUV Alternative (Flagship Line+Yumeta Co.+Graphica): *, a
In 1973, a landing unit of space alien Beta came to the earth. They
invaded
large part of the earth. Big tactic robot was invented to counter Beta,
but they took southern and western part of Japan in 1989. Sado base
accepts
new soldiers to stop Beta. But uncountable Beta come ashore at Sado and
break through the defense. Japan looses the battle by enormous victims.
Afterwards, Beta builds the 16th nest in Sado.
17) Gyakuten-sekai no Denchi Shoujo (Lerche): *, h
In order to pay parents' debt, Hosomichi works as a host for a host club
in a special zone Kabuki-cho. Government forces get an evidence of
illegal
connection between resistance and Kabuki-cho. They dispatches military
robots for the zone to sweep the resistance. Hosomichi runs away from
robots
and finds a wrecked resistance's robot. As he rides on its empty
seat, its
VR system shows him cockpit and commander avatar Battery Girl looks like
a tiny plump girl. By the assistance of BG, Hosomichi stops military
robot.
Then, real BG, Lin, comes out from the cylinder stuck on the robot's
back.

18) Saihate no Paradin (Children's Playgroud): a
Will is raised by three undeads: Gas - learning, Mary - living, Brad -
fighting. Will has vague memory of his past existence. That's his secret.
Three undeads also hide something from Will. He is prohibited to enter
the chapel. One day though, he goes into the chapel and finds that Mary
is in fire at the alter. He tries to save her and burns his hands.
That's
the lesson of violation.
19) Jahie-sama wa kujikenai (Silver Link.): h
Jahie is the second rank devil in the Devil's Kingdom. A mahoushoujo
attacks her, breaks her magic stone into pieces and throws her to a
tiny apartment in the human's world. Jahie tries to collect all the
broken pieces in order to return to the kingdom. Still, she is so poor
as she can't pay her rent nor get enough food. She needs money to live
and works in a pub as a waitress.
20) Kaizoku Oujo (Production I.G): a
A littele girl Fena gets on a lifeboat and leaves a burning ship by help
of Yukimaru who stays in the ship and says "keep alive" to her. Ten years
later, she becomes a pretty woman raised by prostitutes in a bay town.
A rich man buys her. In the first night, her old friends sneak into his
castle and save her. But they are lost in the woods and bandits attack
them. A mask man saves her. She is sure that the man is Yukimaru.
21) MUTEKING The Dancing Hero (Tatsunoko Pro+Tezuka Pro): a
Muteki moves to Neo San Francisco that's techno ruler Teo's last target
to paint in black by promoting his portable device Octago. Teo is CEO
and engineer of his venture business Octinq. While Muteki goes to a pop
star's live show, Teo uses an Octago to melt audience into asphalt and
a space alien begins to collect them by a large pot. DK-DJ, a rapper and
cassete tape freak, turns Muteki into a super hero to save the audience.
22) Selection Project [s](Doga Kobo): a
When Suzune was in the hospital, the song of a pop star Akari encouraged
her. After she got well, she trains hard to follow Akari. At the regional
preliminaries of Selection Project competition, however, she faints away
in the middle of singing for a few seconds. She stands up and continues
to sing, but she loses the competition.
23) Shuumatsu no Walküre (Graphinica): a
At Walhalla congress, deities resolve on holding thirteen fighting
matches between deities and humans to determine if humans are worthy
to survive for another 1,000 years. Thor and Ryofu who was a hero of
old China fight in the first match.

24) Ousama Ranking (WIT Studio):
Bodge is the first prince of King Boss. He can't hear nor talk. He also
looks stupid and people dispise him. Since he is the only child of late
queen, however, Boss loves him. Current queen hates Bodge and thinks that
her son Daida should be the next king. Daida challenges Bodge's sword
master Domas and shows excellent fighting skill. Then, Bodge challenges
Daida. Contrary to everyone's expectation, Bodge wins.
25) Build Divide - code black - (Liden Film):
Teruto comes across a card battle between Sakura and a mad man. Teruto
gets involved in the battle and drives the man back. Sakura wants to
play a game with Teruto, but he has amnesia and doesn't remember how
to play the game well. In a trial game with her, he remembers that he
must defeat the king of New Kyoto.
26) Shinka no Mi (HOTLINE):
Seiichi is bullied at high school. A deity orders students to make
groups,
but nobody wants to make him a member. The deity sends them to another
world where Seiichi alone eats fruits of evolution and becomes a slim
handsome hero. Even a mighty female caezsar kong loves him and turns
into a pretty girl.
27) Kyuuketsuki sugu shinu (MAD House):
Vampire hunter Ronald is asked by a woman to save her son vanished in
Dracula's castle. In the castle, he finds the boy playing games. The
Dracula is weak and any shock turns him into ash. After the boy's
mother takes him back, a self-explosion destroys the castle. A reporter
interviews Dracula. And then, Dracula stays in the reporter's house.
28) Megaton Musashi (OLM):
Three years ago, space invaders destroyed most of the world. People
survived hide in Shelter Ixie that has an army base Oblivion Bay.
Yamato and Ryugo are selected as operator of giant robot Rogue that
was made to defeat the invaders.
29) Wappurimagi [s](Tatsunoko Pro+DONGWOO A&E):
Myam tries to steal a coordination book and is exiled from the magic
world. To get back, she chooses Matsuri as her partner and challenges
to win Primagi contest. Matsuri sings and dances on the stage, gets
a lot of magic energy from audience, and Myam recovers her some magic
power by the energy.
30) Platinum End (Signal MD): v
As Mirai falls down from a building to kill himself in despair, angel
Nasse saves him. She tells him that only one of 13 candidates will be
the God if he or she has the quality. Each candidate has a gardian
angel. And Nasse is his gardian.
