I read a book more than 40 years ago which I enjoyed very much. It was a comedic story of a heist of some kind, involving Swiss bankers and the Mafia. I thought that the name was _Out!_ but I never get anything useful wherever I search using that title.


I remember three scenes in particular in the story:

1) There was a woman in the story who had two extraordinarily strong brothers. I think she was an S&M Madam for hire. She was harmed in some way by these two mafiosi button men and the brother punished them by capturing them together and raping one in
the presence of the other. They reasoned that the one who was raped would eventually kill the one who witnessed it and would then have to live with the memory of his rape, then in addition to having "forced" to kill his friend. Or the witness, knowing
that the one was raped would indeed want to remove witnesses, would preemptively kill his partner.

2) There was an erotic scene in which this same woman covered the banker's whole body with honey and licked it off completely. This was not as much fun as it might seem on the surface. He was not allowed to move. He was punished whenever he moved. But
since he was the submissive in an S&M, the "punishment" though actually painful, was questionable.

3) A man was tortured by having a woman perform fellatio on him until he was quite sore. In fact, until he was in great pain.

No, the book was neither porn or soft porn. I just happen to recall those scenes though that had little to do with my enjoyment of the book. They just seem particularly inventive tortures.

Does anyone recognize this book or wish to venture a guess?
