My initial trip to Amsterdam was to satisfy my curiosity as a New
Yorker. This being New Amsterdam, and after spending many years
documenting the Dutch influence in Brooklyn and New York City, I wanted
to see if there was a spiritual connection between the two cities. I
went with my Daughter, Shsoshana, partly as a graduation present to her.
When we arrived, I had an itinerary of Museums I wanted to see to
include the Rijks Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Mauritshuis (in the
Hague), the Hermitage Annex, the Kroller-Muller in the woods, the
Rembrandt House, and Portuguese Synagogue. We covered this in 4 days and
    was exhausted by the trip.
