I have now completed this through chapter 7 and I find it engaging.
I like Hidamari no Ki by the God of Manga a bit better
but this is good. There are lots of medical terminology and details
of treatment which as a retired nurse I find somewhat interesting
If you are turned off by medical details and surgical repairs
then you might not like this as much as I do.
Historical character like Ryoma and Katsu are brought
in and so is Saigo but I haven't gotten that far yet.
I hope you will try this manga.

Well Jin is up to 50 chapters by now and we have seen him
save lives from Kyoto to Edo.
This is an interesting story that just gets better as
more of it is translated. Cliff hanger with the chapter 50
close.
