  • R.I.P. Mike Chary

    Over the weekend, Mike Chary collapsed with no warning and died. No coroner report or other information yet.

    Mike was a RAC* regular in the 90s, particularly on the Legion group,
    and Mike the Parademon was named after him (and originally used quotes from Mike Chary for his dialogue).

    Dave Van Domelen, feeling a bit more mortal at the moment.

    Dave Van Domelen, doesn't know Denise but got added to the conversation
    by a mutual friend.

    Tyg emailed me yesterday to let me know. Katie's first reaction was
    to wonder if it was a prank -- didn't Mike once try to put out
    a rumor of his death right before SDCC?

    Not the sort of prank that tyg would intentionally spread, of course.
