Some weeks ago, people were proclaiming the Good News(tm) that Moore
and Marvel had come to some sort of terms and that Moore would let his
CB stuff be reprinted. Two very important questions, since I don't
want to miss the reprints:
(1) When do the Moore CB reprints start?
(2) What is the official name for them (so I can make sure by brain-dead
store orders them for me)?

Interestingly, I came across the 2000 trade paperback reprint of Captain Britain, it even has Alan Moore's name on the cover.
As we know, now, in 2015, Moore certainly would not allow this, any of it, to happen.
