    Why would we call Snoopy a telepath?

    Telepathy presumably involves both transmission and reception. I think
    the main question here is whether Snoopy can transmit his thoughts to
    others, rather than whether he can read other people's minds. But when
    Snoopy communicates with his siblings (post-1982 or so), Snoopy seems
    to be both transmitting and receiving telepathically.
