  • Change in Orlando Sentinel Sunday Comics - October 24, 2021

    In the October 24, 2021 Sunday Orlando Sentinel Sunday comics "Caption It" replaces "Doodles" for Sundays.

    How come the Orlando Sentinel hasn't dropped for good yet from its Sunday comics now 100% rerun mode 7 days a week since 2019 "Get Fuzzy"?

    Same reason it still runs 100% rerun mode Classic Peanuts - they're both popular.

    And I learned the Doodles strip is no more with the final Doodles rerun being on October 17, 2021 weeks after the final Doodles strip Chris Foote did prior to his death. So Doodles is the second newspaper comic strip to end in 2021, the other being
    Buckles.
