I've had amazingly good luck recently, googling old comics with the shortest of key phrases.

Found another one:

I only remembered the phrase "ho-hum" (from page 5), plus the image of the Penguin in the last panel on that page.

Once I found the above site, I was also surprised to see what's on page 1 - I only remembered it after seeing it again!

(It's been well over 40 years since I saw the issue.)
