    Yup, chipping equals brain freeze when somebody gets past your 60 digit password. And if you think that it will never happen just ask Google.

    I made it all the way through the first trilogy. (And the second,
    which is nowhere near as dark.)

    IiRC, I finished the first Gap book, and had zero interest in the
    rest. The most sympathetic character in it is the mass murdering
    psychotic pirate with no redeemding qualities whatsoever.

    You didn't miss anything.

    The generation that got chipped in the Mandibles book was born after
    2000. I am not sure what they are called.
