That's right! People talk as if this is a recent development in Disney movies, but I've been watching the animated canon in order, and damn near every movie from Walt's day talks about being gay in a positive light. For instance, in Bambi, almost all
of the birds are singing a "Gay Little Spring Song", with Friend Owl being the token straight bird who doesn't like it. And then there's the song about the three GAY caballeros (though I assume Donald is actually bi since he clearly loves women). I
could name an example from most if not all movies at least up to Sleeping Beauty. So you see, the current Disney administration is just carrying on Walt's work!
