    The Governors gets a metaphyiscal engine a TARDISes around!

    At least you have mentions of UNIT

    (good no Torwood)

    and a Zygon in hand.

    So you have a quill prisoner and a zygon prisoner.

    The governors seems to be a race of a group interested in the
    coal Hill Area - resons unknown.

    4 metaphysical visits - interesting indeed.

    So the second, the Zygon requires blood from its god.

    The Quill visit, we finally see what a Quill is,
    not a porcupine.

    The operation goes ahead in the Cabinet of Souls

    that initally acts as Coal Hill School.

    So romance between a Quill and a Zygon.

    Only note of improvement,

    This should have been a combined 2 parter.

    And Quill is pregnant with a Quill-zygon
    hybrid.

    Who are the Governors? It seems like they might be remnant/shootoff of Torchwood.

    He wasn't a Zygon. He was a different type of shape shifter impersonating a Zygon, because Zygons are protected on Earth.

    Do you mean alternating scenes with the previous episode? That might work,
    but it seemed like they had very different themes and narratives. Hard to
    tell if would undercut the tension of the scenes or add to it.

    And Quill is pregnant with a Quill-zygon hybrid.

    was manipulating the group of 5 and what was happening in the
    metaphysical world.
