    Well, first of all, they weren't her constituents, they were New Yorkers.
    New York is a heavily democratic City & State. Her constituents would have been from Arkansas, or Illinois at a FAR stretch.
    Second of all, they were voting for a senator, not a President. Let's just wait and see what she is able to carry if/when she runs for President.

    perusing the past, she did indeed garner the majority of the vote in 2016. And, by the way, you had a bad definition of constituents.
