I marched with Lone Star Regiment in the early 70's when we were called the Texas Crusaders Junior Drum and Bugle Corps marching out of the old Great Southwest Airport. It was 8$ per quarter for one or $15 for 2 or more. We road on an old school bus but
had fun no matter the obstacles. On our second competition we came in 2and to last but you would have thought we came in first.
