    I marched with them during those years and remember competing stateside. A lot!

    Of course I remember the Midlanders. Specifically those mellophones, Tzena, Tzena and Sunday Will Never Be The Same. Loved it all.

    I was in the colour guard with the Midlanders the year we the Hamilton Ticats hosted the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the Grey Cup final. We marched in the halftime show. I think that was in ‘74. My brother, John Steele played bass baritone. I might
