In this article, we will show you how to use MTK NVRAM Editor to repair IMEI on MediaTek devices. You will need the following things:


A MediaTek device with a valid IMEI
A USB cable
A PC with Windows OS
MTK NVRAM Editor.rar file (download link below)
SP Flash Tool (download link below)
IMEI Repair NVRAM file for your device (download link below)

Before proceeding, make sure you have backed up your data and enabled USB debugging on your device. Also, disable antivirus and firewall on your PC.

Steps to Use MTK NVRAM Editor to Repair IMEI on MediaTek Devices

Extract the MTK NVRAM Editor.rar file on your PC. You will get a folder named MTK NVRAM Editor.
Open the folder and run MTK NVRAM Editor.exe as administrator.
Click on the Browse button and locate the IMEI Repair NVRAM file for your device. It should be in .bin or .tar format.
Click on the Open button and wait for the tool to load the file.
You will see two fields named IMEI 1 and IMEI 2. Enter your original IMEI numbers in these fields. You can find them on the back of your device or on the box.
Click on the Write button and wait for the tool to write the new IMEI numbers to the NVRAM file.
Close the tool and copy the modified NVRAM file to a folder on your PC.
Extract the SP Flash Tool.rar file on your PC. You will get a folder named SP Flash Tool.
Open the folder and run flash_tool.exe as administrator.
Click on the Scatter-loading button and locate the scatter file for your device. It should be in .txt format and have the same name as your device model.
Click on the Open button and wait for the tool to load the scatter file. Uncheck all the partitions except NVRAM. Double-click on the Location column of NVRAM and browse to the folder where you copied the modified NVRAM file.
Select the modified NVRAM file and click on the Open button.
Click on the Download button and connect your device to the PC via USB cable while it is switched off.
The tool will detect your device and start flashing the modified NVRAM file. You will see a green tick mark when the process is completed.
Disconnect your device and reboot it.

Congratulations! You have successfully used MTK NVRAM Editor to repair IMEI on MediaTek devices. You can check your IMEI by dialing *#06# on your device. You should also be able to use WiFi, Bluetooth, and mobile networks without any issues.
