A fired-up Bill O'Reilly returned to Fox News on Tuesday for the first
time since his April ouster, declaring his two decades as the face of the network's prime-time lineup was "far and away the best job" he had ever
had – also denouncing the "far left" critics who tried to silence him.
O’Reilly joined Fox News host Sean Hannity to talk about his new book,
"Killing England."
The host asked O'Reilly if he did not miss the "swamp, a little," and
O'Reilly joked, "I'm afraid of those water moccasins.
"I did 20 years and six months here," he said. "This was far and away the
best job. . . . I enjoyed my summer off. The vitriol that you have to face
and that I have to face, I have to evaluate it."
"There has to be an exposition by people like you and me about what's
really happening in this country," he added. "It's dangerous. They want to
take freedom of speech away from their opponents. They, the far left."
"This network goes, they win," he warned.
O'Reilly was axed after a report in the New York Times revealed he, Fox
News and network parent company 21st Century Fox had paid millions of
dollars over the years to settle claims of sexual harassment and other inappropriate behavior made against him – all of which he has denied.
The report came as the network was still reeling from a sexual harassment scandal that forced out former Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes, and resulted
in advertisers fleeing O'Reilly's show.
Introduced by Hannity, O’Reilly seemed to delight in declaring: "The spin
stops here," his signature opening on "The O'Reilly Factor."
He immediately bashed the the NFL take-the-knee protests during the
national anthem, calling it "a mob mentality" that "morphed" into an anti- President Donald Trump demonstration.
"They're caught up in emotion," he said, adding: "But the wider picture is
. . . the far left wants to drive the narrative that the USA is an evil country."
"These players are being used," he said.
He also accused the "media and entertainers" for driving the public divisiveness.
"Not only do they want to destroy President Trump but anyone who voted for
him and supports him on air or gives him a fair shot," he said. "We're
living in a time where there are no more journalistic rules."
O'Reilly and Hannity both asserted they had been threatened with boycotts
if they did the Tuesday night show.
"What's happened now is big money has poured in to organizations like
Media Matters," O'Reilly charged. "Do you know they threatened you and me
if they did this segment tonight? These people want to wipe out any speech
with which they disagree."
"Hannity and I have discussed it off camera," he added. "We will fight
back. You fought back when they came after you last spring. I didn't and I should have. . . . This is so dangerous to the country."

Donald J. Trump, 304 electoral votes to 227, defeated compulsive liar in
denial Hillary Rodham Clinton on December 19th, 2016. The clown car
parade of the democrat party has run out of gas.
Congratulations President Trump. Thank you for ending the disaster of the Obama presidency.
Under Barack Obama's leadership, the United States of America became the
The World According To Garp.
ObamaCare is a total 100% failure and no lie that can be put forth by its supporters can dispute that.
Obama jobs, the result of ObamaCare. 12-15 working hours a week at minimum wage, no benefits and the primary revenue stream for ObamaCare. It can't
be funded with money people don't have, yet liberals lie about how great
it is.
Obama increased total debt from $10 trillion to $20 trillion in the eight
years he was in office, and sold out heterosexuals for Hollywood queer
liberal democrat donors.
