Yale professor David Gelertner recently penned a much-discussed Wall
Street Journal piece in which he bemoaned the emasculation of American
culture. He entered the No Spin Zone and explained why he is voting for
Donald Trump. "I have no choice," Gelertner declared. "Trump is a bum
with respect to his dealings with women, but Hillary Clinton has spent
her career lying and selling out the United States. We need someone who
is not scared to make big changes." Gelertner also described his
relationship with Ivy League liberals. "Yale has been fair to me, but
they live in an intellectual ghetto. They read the New York Times and
that's it, the faculty and students don't even know it if I am
published in the Wall Street Journal. You cannot overestimate the
incredible parochialness of Yale and Harvard, it's a professional
arrogance."
