    Two editor-notes: There's a glaring typo in your last line, and... you
    might consider a first-line (at least) indent of the paragraphs that are
    full quotes introduced by the prior one-line paragraph.

    You don't need an HTML editor for something that simple, just put
    <blockquote> and </blockquote> at the beginning and end of the
    paragraphs in question.

    Although an HTML editor would probably have you set up a table for it
    since they like to make things complicated.
