Maybe it was more serious, maybe it wasn't.

There is no "maybe" about it. Seditious conspiracy carries a
    maximum prison term of 20 years;

Great. Now all you have to do is show were Trump was convicted.

I don't have to show that, scooter. Conviction is not required for
    14.3 disqualification, scooter.

You assert he committed a crime

No, scooter. In fact, he *did* engage in many crimes, not all of
them connected to the insurrection. These are the crimes addressed
in the four federal indictments for election interference. For
example, coordinating the submission of slates of *fake* electors is
a crime, but not connected to the insurrection. Directing the DoJ to
send a letter to states falsely saying that DoJ had found massive
"fraud" also is a crime not connected to the insurrection.

Cite the convictions for these alleged crimes.

They're still to come, scooter. His trial is on hold pending the
appellate court chucking out his absurd "immunity" claim. He'll be
convicted on some of the counts, too.

Maybe, maybe not. Where does the below paragraph come from?

"The Defendant had a right, like every American, to speak publicly about
the election and even to claim, falsely, that there had been outcome-determinative fraud during the election and that he had won. He
was also entitled to formally challenge the results of the election
through lawful and appropriate means, such as by seeking recounts or
audits of the popular vote in states or filing lawsuits challenging
ballots and procedures. Indeed, in many cases, the Defendant did pursue
these methods of contesting the election results. His efforts to change
the outcome in any state through recounts, audits, or legal challenges
    were uniformly unsuccessful. "

I didn't see any mention in the "federal" indictment of the illegal
state extensions of voting due to COVID "fears" which have now been
    proven largely unnecessary.

When an election is closed, it's over. Vote counting stops. That's
what they do with military personnel.

That is not what happened. Using COVID as an excuse, Democrats
continued counting votes until Biden/Harris "won".

There was no insurrection or overthrow of the US government either. The
Jan 6 committee and DOJ should all be charged with false swearing of
charges and executed by firing squad.

Of course but that's not what is questionable which is the patterns of voting when compared to all
the data that has been collected from previous elections.
Of course demographics change, patterns change but it's usually only slightly and happens to all
    candidates pretty much equally.
There are so many questionable items during the 2020 election which is why only 62% believe the
    election was fair.

    <https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/jan/02/poll-biden-2020-election-illegitimate>

Then of course there are the questions of why did these anomalies seem to occur only in key
    battleground states?
And why did it seem that Biden was always the candidate benefiting from the above?
And lastly, the democrat's reactions and the way the media exploded with the Biden won fairly
mantra while barely covering items that seemed odd.
If it was the other way around you can bet the DNC and the media would be all over this in order to
    defend Biden.

All of that aside, it was the suppression of conservatives, the Hunter Biden laptop in particular,
by the media that gave Biden the win. Coupled of course with the 24x7 demonizing Trump while hiding
    Biden.
    That is election interference.

Of course but that's not what is questionable which is the patterns of voting when compared to all
the data that has been collected from previous elections.
Of course demographics change, patterns change but it's usually only slightly and happens to all

Not usually, but there are always a few from an opposing view.
Then consider what they say, and what is reported they are saying can be critically different.

I will simply note that it is a standard of our jurisprudence that we do
not limit or restrict people about asserted crimes as if they were guilty
until a conviction is obtained in a criminal court of law.

As such the 14th's restrictions would therefore need to be the result of criminal convictions of such crimes.. not merely the political accusations
    of such.

Particularly when they are asserted years afterwards from events in which
not a SINGLE individual was ever charged much less convicted of committing
    the crime in question.

You must have to establish that the crime actually occurred before you can impose any penalties.

Further I would note that in this case Mr. Trump has not even been legally charged by a grand jury for such a crime, much less having indictment of
    such even filed.

No, you are attempting to pervert and twist the law to suit a private
political agenda.... and that's not what the law is for.

When did Democrats last make up multiple slates of bogus electors?

When did Democrats protest for three years that an election was fake?

    When Trump won.

You can't compare what Trump and the GOP have done to shake Americans' faith in the system

The real reason is that they're sore losers. I've watched races flip all my life. "Red
is leading by a percent and a half but there are several blue precincts that haven't been
counted yet." It's been like that forever and is especially notable given our current
    urban/rural political divide.

    <https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/jan/02/poll-biden-2020-election-illegitimate>

Then of course there are the questions of why did these anomalies seem to occur only in key
    battleground states?

They didn't. Trump losing margins increased across the board. His popular vote loss
margin increased from 3M in 2016 to 7M in 2020.

    Biden.

Republicans don't demonize Democrats? When did this start? Rightist media was hiding the
    laptop story?

The October surprise of Hillary's additional investigation in 2016 helped cost her that
election, why didn't the October surprise of the laptop do the same to Biden? It was well
    reported.

    It's called a coverup.

    That is election interference.

That is whining by a sore loser.

When did Democrats last make up multiple slates of bogus electors?

When did Democrats protest for three years that an election was fake?

    When Trump won.

You can't compare what Trump and the GOP have done to shake Americans' faith in the system
to previous party competition over election results.

As far back as 2015 Trump was complaining the election would be rigged. When he won he
complained the election was rigged. When he lost he complained the election was rigged.
Remember the boy who cried wolf!

Your incessant whining is nothing more than sour grapes but keep it up. The annoyance of
Republicans dodging policy to continually harp on your failings and fearmonger can only
    cost you more votes.

Stop throwing mud on America and the American system and run on policy if you dare.

Trump is the peoples [sic] choice.

*people's* choice, you fucking illiterate cocksucker. And no, he isn't. More than 50% of people don't want him. Actually, about 70% of people want him dead. All right-thinking Americans want him dead.

They did audits, and tRump lost - but then he lied and said he won,
    again and again.

What news channel told you they did a full audit?

    Did you forget about Arizona?

But they do audits all the time withoug telling people. Standared
proceedure is to do hand counts of batches of ballots after they went
through the machine to make sure the counts agree. (that's an "audit")

    You didn't answer the question.

Trump lost a free, fair and clean election. His own advisors — *all* of them —

Ah, yes, the old "polls" bullshit - "must have been fraud because of the polls", Really easy for an ultra rich conservaturd to comission a
"poll" that will say anything they want. Counting actual votes is
different. The political campaigns are really just now getting started -
and Biden got more total votes than tRump - even though Biden's name

papers by legal scholars that would elaborate on *why* you're wrong,
but you're too stupid and stubborn to read them. So, in the end, it
comes down to: you are wrong, because I say you are wrong. Sorry,

Great. Now all you have to do is show were Trump was
    convicted.

I don't have to show that, scooter. Conviction is not
    required for 14.3 disqualification, scooter.

You assert he committed a crime

No, scooter. In fact, he *did* engage in many crimes, not all >>>>>>>>> of them connected to the insurrection. These are the crimes
addressed in the four federal indictments for election
interference. For example, coordinating the submission of
slates of *fake* electors is a crime, but not connected to the >>>>>>>>> insurrection. Directing the DoJ to send a letter to
states falsely saying that DoJ had found massive "fraud" also >>>>>>>>> is a crime not connected to the insurrection.

Cite the convictions for these alleged crimes.

They're still to come, scooter. His trial is on hold pending the >>>>>>> appellate court chucking out his absurd "immunity" claim. He'll
be convicted on some of the counts, too.

We've been hearing that for about 8 years now

You've been hearing it for less than six months

Is that the length of your memory?

That's the amount of time since Trump was indicted for numerous
    election-related crimes, scooter.

And given the number of unsupported indictments

There are no unsupported indictments, scooter.

    The indictments are collapsing.

Democrats had blacks do the indicting so they could scream racism if they
    began failing.

Look at it you blithering fool.

Every indictment is from a black marxist soros scumbag who had contact
    with Kamala Harris.

When did Democrats last make up multiple slates of bogus
    electors?

When did Democrats protest for three years that an election was
    fake?

    When Trump won.

You can't compare what Trump and the GOP have done to shake
Americans' faith in the system to previous party competition over
    election results.

As far back as 2015 Trump was complaining the election would be
rigged. When he won he complained the election was rigged. When
he lost he complained the election was rigged. Remember the boy
    who cried wolf!

Your incessant whining is nothing more than sour grapes but keep
it up. The annoyance of Republicans dodging policy to
continually harp on your failings and fearmonger can only cost
    you more votes.

Stop throwing mud on America and the American system and run on
    policy if you dare.

    Trump is the peoples choice.

No, he's not - tRump NEVER won the popular vote. Not once. NEVER,

And he is the "choice" of fewer than 50% of people now.

That's not what the polls say. He's even ahead of Biden in Georgia.

Ah, yes, the old "polls" bullshit - "must have been fraud because of the polls", Really easy for an ultra rich conservaturd to comission a
"poll" that will say anything they want. Counting actual votes is
different. The political campaigns are really just now getting started -
and Biden got more total votes than tRump - even though Biden's name
    wasn't on the ballot.

Uh huh, the fix is in. That part is obvious. Trump is ahead of Joe.

Put your money where your mouth is - If tRump gets elected,
    pick a
charity, give an excalating donation every 6 months (+10%)
    until
    Border is completely closed.

Why? The liberals don't do that. They just spend our money on
whatever they want. Shut it down and don't allow anyone to
    cross
    illegally.

Right here YOU are admitting that tRump will NOT do anything

I never said that. Show me where I said that. You are just

Again - put your money where your mouth is. Start with $100 and

    You
won't do it because you know damn well that tRump is a liar, and

Fraud? I used to live on the border. It was never like it is now.
    Tell
the "sanctuary" cities who are now crying about all the fence
    jumpers
being sent there. Tell the tent cities all over the country that.
    How
about the guy that was deported 5 times and still came back and
    killed
someone. Trump wants it done legally. When people from Syria and
    China
are crossing the Mexican border you don't ask questions?

Biden is not the cause of increased migration, and he his working
    with
other governments to stem the tide, and doing everything he can
    within
    the law.

Obama pro-immigration activists and Obama pro-immigration retreads
in the Biden administration are actively encouraging a "peaceful

    You are brainwashed.

Nope. In fact, Biden asked congress for authority to close the border and Micke Johnson & tRump say "no way"/"Dead on Arrival".

Why do you think he needs permission. A simple EO could close the border
except for the ports of entry.

I never said any of that moron. Trump has nothing to do with

Yes he did, it's been all over the real news.
