Sorry, I missed this. Yes, we have that poem; "Life during Reconstruction."
I haven't been able to find when "Ragpicker Joe" was written. You have a 2003 poem with that title, but it's completely different.
I'll need to have a look at the 2003 poem by that name, I don't remember it at all here in 2023.
