Chicken antibodies
Popov thought it was
a bad idea, but
Steve thought it was great
and he continued on
and on about it.
Some of the people
At Popovgen wondered.
Then a chicken laid an egg
with an antibody
and Popov made more of
Raf protein
It was hard to make
the plasmid
and put in the sequence
the PBR 322
there
It had to cut at the Bamh1
there
and put in the whole RAF there
it took 3 other small oligonucleotides
and then 2 more from the other side
to put the DNA into
the plasmid.
It was quite an ordeal said
Iaa as she interviewed someone for
plasmid production.
There they found Jana,
who was there,
and she made plasmids
all the time.
She had a PhD from the local
University and there was much work
to be done. Popov thought she was like
her but skinnier.
The black lady also came in to be
a security guard at the place and
looked at Jana as she left
happily with a job.
"I'm glad you found someone"
she said, the security guard did
but for some reason
the antibody didn't bind too well to ras
and they couldn't get something into the cell
with all they tried in drug delivery.
