I remember as a kid, associating Superman with the catchphrase "It's Man! It's Superman!". I seem to remember it being said by an off-camera announcer. Does anyone know where this came from?
I don't know when you were a kid, but the original version of the
Superman intro, written by Fleischer Studios' Jay Morton, was "Look!
Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! No, it's a man -- it's
Superman!" I'm unsure whether this longer take ever made it into a
film, though. Perhaps it was on the radio.
