The court documents confirm he is a suspect in the deaths of
Gemmel Moore and Timothy Dean who died in his apartment in 2017
and last January respectively
Buck was set to be arraigned Thursday but the judge delayed the
case until October 11

Democrat donor Ed Buck is now facing both federal and state
charges over claims two men died and one narrowly escaped alive
after he injected them with methamphetamine in his West
Hollywood apartment.

Buck, 65, was charged by the Los Angeles District Attorney on
Tuesday with battery causing serious injury, administering
methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house.

In a complaint filed in a Los Angeles federal court on Thursday
, the Drug Enforcement Agency claimed Buck not only injected two
men with crystal meth after which they overdosed and died, but
had also been giving the drug to another man during sex sessions
every day for the past month.

The third man also suffered an overdose but survived.

The Hillary Clinton donor was taken in to federal custody this
afternoon after being charged in United States District Court
with providing methamphetamine to a man who died after receiving
the drug intravenously.

The legal action was prompted by the discovery that a 37-year-
old man suffered an overdose at Buck's apartment earlier this
month, making him the third victim of the Democrat donor's
alleged fetish for injecting vulnerable black men with crystal
meth.

After appearing in a LA county criminal court Thursday morning,
Buck was charged by the US attorney and hauled over to a federal
criminal courtroom in the afternoon.

Federal prosecutors claim Buck 'provided methamphetamine that
directly resulted in the overdose death of 26-year-old Gemmel
Moore, who died in Buck’s apartment on July 27, 2017.'

The complaint also refers to a second man, Timothy Dean, 55, who
died in Buck’s apartment from a drug overdose earlier this year,
and claims that Buck 'provided narcotics to a series of other
men, one of whom suffered two overdoses several weeks ago.'

If convicted of the federal charges, Buck faces a mandatory
minimum sentence of 20 years in federal prison and a statutory
maximum sentence of life without parole.

The US attorney's office said the case is being investigated by
the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Los Angeles
County Sheriff’s Department, with the support of the Organized
Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF).

The complaint, filed in US federal court today, says witnesses
told a DEA agent that Buck 'paid Moore in money and drugs in
exchange for Moore to engage in sexual activities with Buck,'
and flew the young man to LA from Texas.

In July 2017 Moore was found 'wearing only white socks' and
'unresponsive on the living room floor in Buck's residence and
was pronounced dead after the police arrived,' the DEA agent
wrote.
