• Candace Owens fired from The Daily Wire

    From Adam H. Kerman@21:1/5 to All on Fri Mar 22 18:06:58 2024
Lots of disagreements in the conservative community led to Candace Owens getting fired from The Daily Wire. The CEO announced it in a tweet this morning, because of course he did. She has spoken out against Israel in
    the war with Hamas.

Her most recent episodes are still up, including several with guests criticizing her.

I never listen because I haven't thought the she said things I didn't
already know or if she had a unique enough take on things to bother
    with.

She's been hinting that she wanted to leave The Daily Wire for months.
This wasn't so much a firing as them allowing her to quit without
    breaking her contract.

As I haven't paid attention, how anti-Israel has she been?

It's certainly possible to criticize Israel from a Palestinian
perspective, but if you aren't an enormous hypocrite, to point out the
obvious like, The Palestinian Authority's corruption means it lacks
poliical support, that Hamas did nothing to support the civilian
population of Gaza over two decades since Israel withdrew the military occupation, and that Hamas spent all monies received buying weapons, and pointing out how Hamas has been Iran's proxy against Israel.

Not at all. Unless you count expressing regret over the deaths of
Palestinian children to be anti-Israel. A few fanatics have purposely misconstrued things she said to give themselves justification to be
    offended.

    "I meant to do that!"

Do you suppose Candace and Gina Carano are buddies?
