• The Fourth Reich - not actually a myth

From Rhino@21:1/5 to All on Tue Mar 19 12:02:57 2024
You might be familiar with books/films like The Boys from Brazil and
The Odessa Files which imagine a Fourth Reich much like the Third
Reich led by Hitler and regard it all as merely a chilling but harmless background for a thriller. It turns out that a Fourth Reich wasn't
quite as imaginary as we might all have hoped.

Historian Dr. Mark Felton examines the circle of former top Nazis
around Joseph Goebbel's top deputy in the Ministry of Propaganda and
how they sought to establish a new regime following Nazi ideas in
post-WWII West Germany in this video:

If you stay until the end, you'll hear some concerning numbers that
indicate how far the plotters got, particularly in the West German
    judiciary.
