needs some people with actual creative talent. :-\

Young Sheldon Spin-off Officially Ordered by CBS
    ------------------------------------------------
After initially being reported back in January, a Young Sheldon
spin-off based on Georgie and Mandy has been ordered.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS has ordered the
spin-off series that will be led by Montana Jordan and Emily
Osment, who play Georgie Cooper and Mandy McAllister. The
premise follows the duo as they live in Texas and raise their
    family.

"From The Big Bang Theory to Young Sheldon, the world of the
Cooper family has been incredibly special to us," Chuck Lorre,
Steven Molaro, and Steve Holland said in a statement. "We're
very excited to continue their stories through the eyes of
    Georgie and Mandy."

"It has been a privilege to spend the last seven years with
Sheldon and the Cooper family, and now this wonderful journey
will continue with Georgie and Mandy," Amy Reisenbach, CBS
Entertainment president, added. "Chuck and both Steves have
done a masterful job developing these characters and
entertaining generations of fans with relatable, heartwarming
stories brought to life by Montana and Emily. We eagerly look
forward to the next chapter in this beloved universe."

Who is executive producing the Young Sheldon spin-off?
The series, which is set to be part of CBS' 2024-25 slate,
will be executive produced by Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and
Steve Holland. As mentioned in the previous report, the
spin-off will be a multicamera comedy, though no title for
the series has been given yet.
