I added the question mark because IMDb says it's available through Prime Video for $4.99. I didn't check to see if that's true, but if so, that
would make the Max listing an "included in the plan streaming premiere."
Or something like that. I decided that was a bit pedantic.

It definitely is - the Prime Video (or Apple store) thing is basically "video-on-demand", which is different than "streaming". This is the "legitimate" streaming premiere, being on Max proper.
