A (YouTube) channel I check out occasionally is called Feli (short for
Felicia) from Germany. Feli now mostly lives in Cincinatti but grew up
in Munich. Her channel is about the differences between German culture
and American culture.
This particular episode is about how Germans feel about having US bases
in their country so long after WWII. She asked German followers of her
channel how they feel about having several American bases - and some
nuclear weapons - on their soil and many gave detailed replies:

People interested in geopolitics will likely find this interesting. In
case you're wondering, Feli's English is as close to perfect as any
native German speaker I've ever heard so I don't think you'll have any
trouble understanding her.
Spoiler alert: most Germans view the bases quite favourably, especially
since Putin invaded Ukraine, but some are more ambivalent and a very
few actively hostile. You'll have to watch the video to find out WHY
people are positive, ambivalent, or negative!
