    Sure he shouldn't have been driving but has Nick forgotten he was insisting that
    Simon took Sam to the chess game? Simon did initially refuse.

    We just arrived at that scenario and you're right, he didn't want to
    do the drive, but was guilted into it :)

    Exactly and then Nick "forgets" he did it, and waants him gone, objects to Leanne supporting him. He doesn't need to admit his part, just be a bit more reasonable!
