    Egg Biscuits With Smoked Salmon.

These eggs are delicious fried and then simmered in
smokey salmon oil for a very quick and easy way to
    make
the best fish dip. You can mix this up, even the
    eggs are
great! I will be adding more, just be sure to give
    it a
    read up.

    Ingredients:

1 cup chicken or beef stock

    1/2 teaspoon of salt

    2 tbsp of vegetable oil

1 onion (about 3 cm long)

1 small chicken breast cut into strips or cubed
    into
    small pieces

    8 egg Yolks

1 cup of smoked smoked salmon or crab meat

    3 tbsp of cumin seeds

    3 tbsp of turmeric powder

1 tablespoon of garlic powder (you can change it to
    your
    taste. I used chopped garlic)

    1 tsp of paprika

    1 pinch of white pepper

    To serve:
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro chopped on the side.
1/2 cup of chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup of chopped cilantro chopped on the side.
    Instructions:

Heat the egg yolks in a food processor until well
blended. In another bowl whisk together vegetable
    oil and
salt until thick. Pour this into egg batter and mix
    well.
It should be about 2 inches thick. Let this cook
    until
thick. Meanwhile let this come to room temperature
    and
then mix it with the salt mixture. Let it sit for
    about
10 minutes to create a deep brown color. Now that
    it is
done place the egg batter into a dish and pour all
    the
ingredients into this batter and mix well. This
    batter
will harden. Place into some cold water and add
    enough
water to cover all the areas. Let this sit for 5
    minutes
to allow the food to soak and the mixture to cool
    to room
temperature before you make this. When you make the
    cake,
add some of the fresh herbs to the batter. Mix
    everything
well and take the egg mix and mix it with the herbs
    and
let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Let this sit. Next
    make the
cake filling for each of the layers. In a mixing
    bowl mix
the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In the
mixing bowl add the olive oil, milk, butter,
    cornstarch
and 1 tbsp of powdered sugar. Mix it all well and
    then
pour it into a cake pan. Pour it out using two
    forks and
let it bake for 30 minutes. It should take 20
    minutes for
    the first layer.
