    Hey,

The only thing marring this Sidney Pollack espionage drama is
Pollack's upbeat liberal politics. Given that it's thirtysomething and
in a field clogged with competitors, it holds up pretty well. That is,
if Robert Redford and Faye Dunaway are yer movie star cuppa. Classic
setup and romantic angle pulled straight out of Hitchcock, the flick
moves along as it unravels its story and slips only at the end where
someone who worked for the CIA recites a morality lesson to someone
who still works for the CIA. Other than that, it's solid setup and
    execution, as it were.
