I made it available on multiple sites because I don't care to give
Amazon an exclusive. Smashwords is falling behind technologically,
though. You upload a Microsoft Word doc (not docx) file, it converts it
to HTML, and then converts the HTML into Epub. It's very fussy about formatting, and the error messages refer to the HTML (which the author
doesn't get to see directly), not to the Word file. Indented quotations
within the text gave me trouble. It should all be OK now.
