This 100-year-old Vintage Set Is a 1918 Gillette Refurbished Re-Plated Milady Decolletee Set, 24 carat Gold-plated, Double-Edged Old Type Gillette Razor and Blade Safe Put up in the Milady Decolletee Configuration of a Celluloid Compartmented Case,
Lined with Royal Purple Velvet on the Bottom and Pink Silk Fabric on the Top. The writing can still be seen after 100 years, see pictures. This is the first women's razor that Gillette produced.
This great vintage collectable is in Refurbished Re-Plated 24 Carat Gold Condition. There are No Cracks or Scratches to the Case and the razor and blade safe look absolutely brand-new, refurbished and re-plated in 24 carat gold! The case is in
Magnificent Outside Condition, the hinges are attached as they should be, the case opens and closes and is centered. There is No Breakage to the case.

-Ultrasonic cleaning of all parts.
-Repainting of all accents in factory colors.
-Mechanical inspection/adjustment/repair (as needed).
-Lubrication, reassembly, & mechanical function test.
-Blade gap alignment verification on all settings.

There are No Cracks in the handle of the razor as is usual in the hollow handle models, all teeth are absolutely straight. The Serial number on the razor is P132543, corresponding to 1921. Also with the kit comes the Original Refurbished Re-Plated
Blade Safe. This is one of those beautiful celluloid sets made in the early 1900s when celluloid was much in fashion. Manufactured by the Gillette Safety Razor Company, Boston, Mass. in 1918.This set has been thoroughly cleaned and is shave ready.
