    Well darn it all a Labour (ex) Minster getting hard on gangs.

    Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act allowed police to go after gang
    leaders' properties, cars, bikes and bling, providing the assets were valued
    at $30,000 or above."

    To my mind all we need is the will power to take back the illegal assets.

    This is an artcle worth while reading as it gives some background.

    Rich advocates for the Labour side of things and yet I can not remember Rich drawing our attention to this act, which shows that Labour was working on
    the case and creating legislation.
