Schools were hotspots, but children recovered more quickly than
adults, and also infected teachers - many schools had to restrict
attendance due to a lack of teachers.

Covid at their place of work. The rate of infection of other children
depends a bit on age - young children get close to each other more
than older children; secondary schools were not the same as primary.
New South Wales made a lot of wrong decisions - as evidenced by their
higher mortality from Covid than other states (from memory, the best
were Queensland and WA) - the person quoted was Peter Shergold, NSW
education standards authority chair - who is not a medical expert in
Covid, and is questioning school closures in New south Wales on
grounds other than Covid Science.
