Nice to see their balanced political stand - now criticising this government and intending to holding it to account - just what they did with the last government.
    Worth a read -
The NZTA seems to be moving away from core business.
Praise for the Labour appointed finance spokesperson.
Accurate criticism of the new vice chancellor of Otago University.

Rich will have to rebrand the Tax Payers Union into the good guys now that
they are pointing out what National is doing.

It does seem that Babara has jumped into the wrong boat. It does seem that
she does not talk woke. Also understands history.

You mistake the Taxpayers Union for a National Party supporting
organisation - they represent the Atlas Network, and will support
anything that leads that way - they see ACT as more "on track' than
National, but will support whoever gives them the 'track' they choose.
They criticise the NZTA for raising money from speeders, knowing that
is really quite a small issue - but they only mention the Minister as
a hapless captive of his department, when in reality Brown is
probably encouraging any fundraising they can do to reinforce "tough
on crime" and to enable income tax cuts! This is a window dressing
newsletter, Gordon, bashing the left and supporting the right with a
    sham 'neutral' stance.

Look for them to criticise "Crusher" Goldsmith for trying to emulate a
previous Minister crushed less than 6 vehicles, for destroying bikes
that could have been sold to Australians for more money! https://www.stuff.co.nz/nz-news/350191466/comanchero-gangs-distinctive-motorbikes-turned-scrap-metal

You should tell the "Taxpayers Union" to get back on track for TAX
    CUTS!!!

We know that Groundswell was 'assisted' by The Taxpayer Union to get
started - perhaps they passed on more money to them and others for
    this election campaign . . .

No the Taxpayer';s union is non-partisan politically and they show that clearl;y tyo all who have open eyes.

Look for them to criticise "Crusher" Goldsmith for trying to emulate a >previous Minister crushed less than 6 vehicles, for destroying bikes

They have never been after tax cuts, they have consistently been in favour of better use of taxpayers' money.

And perhaps you are lying again - I suspect so. Can you provide proof? That's a huge NO you can't

No the Taxpayer';s union is non-partisan politically and they show that >clearl;y tyo all who have open eyes.

The TU is non-partisan - but people like Rich with a one-eyed
political agenda cannot see this. There are many members of the TU
who no doubt support various political parties. Rich likes to tar the
TU brand with the political affiliations of its founders. If we can
have a civil service that is politically neutral (with many free to
hold private political views) then why is it not possible for the TU
    to follow a similar model?

They have never been after tax cuts, they have consistently been in favour of >better use of taxpayers' money.

Correct. Their byline of 'Lower Taxes, Less Waste, More
Accountability' can only be interpreted as support for National's tax
revenue adjustments (incorrectly called tax cuts when tax rates remain unchanged) by those with an anti-TU agenda, like Rich. It is
noteworthy that Rich cannot produce a statement from the TU that
    explicitly supports Nationals tax-bracket adjustments.

Rich is long on speculation that supports his agenda but is not based
    on cited evidence.
