    Is this still the honeymoon period?

    Seems to me that it is a projection of the mood before the election.

    The Greens have lost 35% of their support. Maybe in part by James's slow exiting. Te Pati Maori are close behind. 33%

    (Anyhow Rich will claim these results are totally fake and they were comissioned by the Taxpayer's Union.)

    Inevitably. National have made much of their 'first 100 days' mantra.
    Once this has passed and been analysed we will all begin to form a
    more calculated assessment of the new government.

    It will indeed be interesting to see what happens to the Greens
    support, but also to all the other parties. Controversy and debate
    involve them all.
