We can be thankful we do not have permafrost, but we are likely to
suffer from Climate Change in other ways. It is sad that our
Government puts the interests of the already wealthy ahead of the
interests of all New Zealanders . . .
Fortunately they have not done that since there is no science that proves climate change is caused predominantly by mankind.

The government does not care about whether that is true or not - but
they will care if NZ has to pay a lot of money under the international agreements, or if other countries get precedence for purchasing from
our farmers because we have not met agreed emission targets . . .

Indeed many already have, with a range of severe weather events; we
are fortunate that we have not had an earthquake such as Japan
    recently experienced.

Climate change is not caused primarily by man and therefore anything we do is not going to affect it other than in very small ways.

Climate is not measured in one weather bomb, or temperatures of one day. Climate is how the weather changes over a great time measured by the human existance.

New Zealand did experience a few earthquakes in the last couple of decades. Japan had a one in March 2021.

We are also fortunate to have the present Government, unlike the one we had before this one for two terms.
