    Try reading the article - the explanation is all there, although not
    mentioned are the other priorities that have arisen since initial work
    was done on this project - the work required to restore rail and roads
    affected by extreme weather events recently,. We do not know whether
    material supplies have deferred delivery from manufacturers for either
    the trains or for sub-station upgrades - you yet again identify
    yourself as the feral pos in this situation, John Bowes . . .
