" During the Great Infrastructure Debate on Tuesday, a surprising amount of common ground was found. This included commitments from the Labour, National and Green parties to find new revenue tools – most likely value capture and congestion charging – to fund better infrastructure.

In the case of congestion charging, it would see car users paying to drive
on more roads – which would mean less reliance (or a flat out removal) of
    the fuel tax." Unquote.

I thought the idea was Road User Chargers for all vehicles, so the fuel tax would go. The reporter seems slightly confused,

Apart from the inability to have a new thought in their heads we have a new phrase, congestion charging. Importing it from the UK and London.

This has turned into ULEZ and more imortantly the increase in authority of
the Government and elites. It has not going down at all well.

Stroll through tube for an understanding of how well it has gone down.

Note that all the parties seem to have been struck down with this fashion (woke). All seem to be wearing the same hat.

No new taxes, well now it all new taxes and large ones.

Keep an eye out for this development.
