Being "technically" correct is not acceptable but I would argue that the word
compulsory does not necessarily mean physically forced, it can be force of a more subtle kind.

FFS Bill, the the gummint is far, far too incompetent to arrange sufficient
vaccine distribution to intelligent, sane, healthy people who want to get
it. You'd have to be deep in tinfoil hat land to think they are going to
have the wherewithal to track down the wierdos who are afraid of it and
force it on them.
