According to this page, 26 March 2020 was the start of the first lockdown
in the UK.
NZ PM annoced the lockdown on 23 March 2020, to take affect on Thursday 25th >2020 (Wednesday midnight).
Cases had started to increase with there being 283 cases by the time the
lock down started.
Now we can argue that the lockdown should have started earlier but the WHO >was also in a delay mode before it called the pandemic, (March 11 I think >from memory).
The PDF is interesting, as will remind one of the events we lived through.
