No connection with NZ as far as I can see. The water reforms
legislation passed by Labour stands on its own for inequitable control
of water resources in NZ.
PM Hipkins is fighting an election based entirely on future plans with
little reference to past achievements - so there is nothing coming out
of Labour that brings our attention to their water reforms. It is an
enacted Policy so cannot be discarded (like the RNZ-TVNZ merger).
We have a clear choice this election on getting the water reforms
legislation repealed.
